How to Claim

Should you need to claim, one of our personal Claims Handlers will take individual ownership of your claim and manage through to closure, on your behalf. Your Claims Handler will also provide you with their direct telephone number.

What you need to do

• To make a claim on your SELECT home, car, pet call us on 0800 533 5201
• Our claims centre is based in the UK and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• A member of our dedicated claims team will personally manage your claim and will even provide you with their direct telephone number
• We aim to make things as quick and simple as possible so paperwork is kept to a minimum
